Disclaimer

Coleman Management Advisors (“CMA”) provides management consulting, strategy, and operations advisory services through its CMA Client Portal at portal.colemanma.com (the “Service”). Please read these disclaimers carefully before relying on anything you see in the Service.

Not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice

Information made available through the Service is for general informational and consulting purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice. CMA is not a law firm, a CPA firm, or a registered investment adviser. For matters in any of those domains, consult a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, or registered investment professional.

Consulting engagements; no guaranteed outcomes

Management consulting is, by its nature, advisory. CMA brings experience, frameworks, and execution support to your business — but the decisions, implementation, and ultimate results remain yours. No specific business outcome (revenue, profit, growth, valuation, raise, etc.) is guaranteed, expressly or impliedly, by your use of the Service or by engagement of CMA.

Forward-looking statements

Dashboards, projections, scenarios, and modeled outputs surfaced in the Service are forward-looking and depend on assumptions provided by you, by your accounting systems, or by CMA. Actual results may vary. Treat all projections as planning aids — not commitments.

Financial data accuracy

Financial figures displayed in the Service may be sourced from QuickBooks Online or other third-party systems connected by an authorized administrator. We surface those figures for convenience but make no representation that they are reconciled, audited, or tax-ready. Your books of record remain your books of record. Run official reports from your accounting system before making financial, tax, or filing decisions.

Third-party content and links

The Service may include links to or content from third parties (e.g., Intuit QuickBooks, Calendly, Microsoft, Resend). CMA does not endorse, control, or vouch for the accuracy or completeness of third-party content, and we are not responsible for it.

No attorney–client or fiduciary relationship

Use of the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, an accountant–client relationship, or an investment advisory relationship with CMA or any of its personnel. The engagement letter or statement of work you sign with CMA controls the scope of our actual professional relationship.

“As is” / availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the Service running and secure, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be free of inaccuracies.

E-signatures

E-signature features inside the Service are intended to make it easy for parties to sign engagement-related documents (proposals, SOWs, NDAs, etc.). The validity and enforceability of any electronically signed document depends on applicable law and on the actions of the parties — CMA does not provide legal advice on whether a particular signature satisfies a particular legal requirement.
